He founded Principia Capital to capitalise on Ireland's SME succession opportunity, developing the firm's proprietary dual engine AI infrastructure and leading all aspects of deal sourcing, execution and investor relations.

Now operating as an independent consultant, Barry provides transaction structuring optimisation, carried interest design, and cross-border tax planning.
Senior portfolio manager and quant lead for Invesco's Fixed Income ETF and Indexed Strategies in London. Previously at PIMCO and RenaissanceRe.
